Section 5-10-5.5-3.5 - Administration of retirement plan consistent with Americans with Disabilities Act

The state excise police, gaming agent, gaming control officer, and conservation enforcement officers' retirement plan shall be administered in a manner that is consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act, to the extent required by the Act.
