Section 5-10-1.7-1 - Retirement plans covered(a) The retirement plans covered by this chapter are: (1) The state excise police, gaming agent, gaming control officer, and conservation officers' retirement plan, established under IC 5-10-5.5.(2) The public employees' retirement fund, established under IC 5-10.3-2.(3) The trust fund and pension trust of the department of state police, established under IC 10-12-2.(4) The Indiana state teachers' retirement fund, established under IC 5-10.4-2.(5) The Indiana judges' retirement fund, established under IC 33-38-6.(6) The police officers' and firefighters' pension and disability fund established under IC 36-8-8-4.(b) As used in this chapter, "board" means both of the following: (1) The board of trustees of the Indiana public retirement system.(2) The board of trustees of the state police pension trust.Amended by P.L. 35-2012, SEC. 22, eff. 7/1/2012.As added by Acts1982 , P.L. 35, SEC.1.
