Section 5-1-6-3 - Issuance of refunding bonds to refinance and improve enterprise

Any issuing body shall have power and is hereby authorized to refinance, or to refinance and improve, any enterprise, and for such purpose or purposes to borrow money and issue refunding bonds from time to time.
