Section 5-1-14-12.5 - Purchase and issuance of obligations on terms reasonable to issuer

Notwithstanding any other law, an issuer may purchase any obligations on terms the issuer finds reasonable and may issue its obligations to effectuate that purpose on terms that the issuer finds reasonable.
