Section 4-6-13-5 - Duty of attorney general to notify a prosecuting attorney

If the attorney general determines during an investigation conducted under this chapter that there is reasonable suspicion to believe that a person has committed identity deception or a similar offense, the attorney general shall promptly notify a law enforcement agency and the prosecuting attorney that have jurisdiction over the person or offense.
