Section 4-35-4-7 - Licensing standards

(a) The commission shall adopt standards for the licensing of the following:

(1) Persons regulated under this article.

(2) Gambling games.

(3) Limited mobile gaming systems and mobile gaming devices.

(b) Where applicable, 68 IAC applies to racetracks conducting gambling games under this article.
