Section 4-35-4-13.2 - Model power of attorney

The executive director shall establish a model power of attorney setting forth the terms and conditions under which a trustee may conduct gambling games at a racetrack under IC 4-35-12. The executive director may provide a copy of the model power of attorney to any interested party.
