Section 4-31-2.1-5 - "Breeder" "Breeder" means any of the following:
(1) The owner or lessee of a standardbred horse's dam at the time of registration with the commission.(2) The owner or lessee of a thoroughbred horse's dam at the time of registration with the commission.(3) The owner or lessee of a quarter horse's dam at the time of registration with the commission.Added by P.L. 105-2022,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2022.
