Section 4-31-13-3 - Conducting, aiding, or abetting pari-mutuel wagering without a permit; violation; Level 6 felony(a) A person who is not a permit holder may not conduct, or aid or abet the conducting of, a horse racing meeting at which pari-mutuel wagering is permitted.
