Section 4-31-11-13 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Payments from funds; order; transfer of funds; appropriation

The auditor of state and treasurer of state shall make payments from the development funds upon order of the commission. Money in each fund is continuously appropriated to make these payments. However, the auditor of state and treasurer of state may not transfer money from one (1) development fund to another development fund.
