Section 4-30-7-1 - Decision making process; written protest

IC 4-21.5 applies to the commission's decision making process, except that a formal written protest of any decision, intended decision, or other action subject to IC 4-21.5 must be filed within seventy-two (72) hours after receipt of the notice of the decision, intended decision, or other action.
