Section 4-30-11-6 - Maximum payment allowed by retailers

For the convenience of the public, retailers may be authorized to pay winners an amount not to exceed five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599) after performing validation procedures on their premises that are required by the commission for the lottery game involved.
