Section 4-3-25-13 - Requests for information and data; grants to the law enforcement training board The commission may do the following:
(1) Request information or presentations from state agencies.(2) Request and review outcome data from a state agency involved in the prevention and treatment of substance abuse.(3) Request information from experts concerning substance abuse.(4) Make grants to the law enforcement training board created by IC 5-2-1-3 to carry out the purposes of the technical assistance center described in IC 5-2-21.2-6.Amended by P.L. 102-2017,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2017.Added by P.L. 7-2016, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2016.
