Section 4-3-23.1-6.5 - "Permit authority"

As used in this chapter, "permit authority" has the meaning set forth in:

(1) IC 8-1-41-4, in the case of a wind power project; or

(2) IC 8-1-42-6, in the case of a commercial solar project.
