Section 4-29.5-10-2 - Minority and women-owned businesses

The Band agrees that it shall make a good faith effort to utilize certified minority and women-owned businesses in an amount that is consistent with the most recent disparity study conducted by the Indiana Gaming Commission under IC 4-33-14-5(b) and IC 4-35-11-6(b).
