Section 4-23-30.2-3 - "Disproportionality"

As used in this chapter, "disproportionality" refers to a situation in which members of a particular race or ethnic group in the United States are represented at a percentage higher or lower than the percentage of the general public that the particular race or ethnic group comprises.
