Section 4-23-26-4 - Members; appointment; terms(a) The governor shall appoint the committee members under section 3(7), 3(8), 3(9), and 3(10) of this chapter.(b) The term of each member appointed under subsection (a) is three (3) years.(c) A committee member identified in subsection (a) may be reappointed to serve consecutive terms.As added by P.L. 273-1999, SEC.161.
