Section 4-21.5-1-8.5 - "Office of administrative law proceedings"

"Office of administrative law proceedings" refers to the office of administrative law proceedings established by IC 4-15-10.5-7. The term includes an administrative law judge or administrative law judges assigned to a proceeding by the office of administrative law proceedings.
