Section 4-20.5-7-5 - Environmental audit(a) The commissioner shall order that an environmental audit be conducted if either of the following applies: (1) There is reason to believe the property is contaminated.(2) An environmental audit is required by law.(b) An environmental audit must be conducted by a qualified person.(c) The transferring agency shall pay the cost of an environmental audit performed under this section.As added by P.L. 7-1993, SEC.7.
