Section 4-20.5-7-4.6 - Effect of deed of certain state property; legalization(a) This section applies to a deed executed and accepted under Acts 1978, P.L. 156, SECTION 1.(b) A deed described by this section that has not been accepted by each of the officials required to accept the deed: (1) conveys the property described in the deed; andAdded by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 41, eff. 7/1/2011.
