Section 4-20.5-18-1 - Consent of state to retrocession of jurisdiction

The consent of the state is given to the retrocession of jurisdiction, either partially or wholly, by the United States over property within Indiana over which the United States exercises jurisdiction exclusively or concurrently with the state.
