Section 4-2-9-1 - [Effective 7/1/2024]

As used in this chapter, "state officer" means an individual who holds one (1) of the following elected offices:

(1) Attorney general.

(2) Secretary of state.

(3) State comptroller.

(4) Treasurer of state.
