Section 4-2-2-1 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Amount of bonds(a) The bond of the auditor of state shall be fixed at one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).(b) The bond of the secretary of state shall be fixed at fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).(c) The bond of the attorney general shall be fixed at fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).(Formerly: Acts 1901, c.177, s.5.)
