Section 4-2-2-1 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Amount of bonds(a) The bond of the state comptroller shall be fixed at one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).(b) The bond of the secretary of state shall be fixed at fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).(c) The bond of the attorney general shall be fixed at fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).Amended by P.L. 9-2024,SEC. 32, eff. 7/1/2024.(Formerly: Acts 1901, c.177, s.5.)
