Section 4-13.1-5-2 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Notwithstanding IC 4-13.1-1-4, as used in this chapter, "state agency":
(1) means an authority, a board, a branch, a commission, a committee, a department, a division, or another instrumentality of: (A) the executive, including the administrative; or(B) the legislative; department of state government; and(2) does not include the judicial department of state government.Added by P.L. 108-2024,SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2025.
