Section 4-13.1-1-4 - "State agency"(a) "State agency" means an authority, a board, a branch, a commission, a committee, a department, a division, or another instrumentality of the executive, including the administrative, department of state government.(b) The term does not include: (1) the judicial or legislative departments of state government;(2) a state educational institution; or(3) the Indiana higher education telecommunications system.As added by P.L. 177-2005, SEC.9.
