Section 4-12-7-2 - "Local board of health" defined
As used in this chapter, "local board of health" means the board of a:
(1) county health department established under IC 16-20-2;(2) multiple county health department established under IC 16-20-3;(3) city health department established under IC 16-20-4; or(4) health and hospital corporation established under IC 16-22-8.
