Section 36-2-3-4.7 - Ordinance for division of county into districts(a) Whenever the county executive or the county fiscal body divides the county into districts under section 4 of this chapter, the county executive or the county fiscal body shall adopt an ordinance.(b) The county executive or the county fiscal body shall file a copy of an ordinance adopted under subsection (a) with the circuit court clerk.As added by P.L. 3-1993, SEC.259.
