Section 36-9-39-3 - Adoption of resolution; contents(a) The municipal works board shall adopt a resolution containing the information required under subsection (b) if: (1) the municipal works board orders the construction of any sewage works in the municipality; and(2) the cost of that construction is to be assessed against property under this chapter.(b) A resolution adopted under subsection (a) must include all of the following: (1) A description of the works to be constructed.(2) Full detail drawings and specifications for the works.As added by P.L. 98-1993, SEC.10.
