Section 36-9-3-21 - Collective bargaining agreements; authorization

The authority shall deal with and enter into written contracts with its employees through accredited representatives of those employees or representatives of any labor organization authorized to act for those employees concerning wages, salaries, hours, working conditions, and pension or retirement provisions.
