Section 36-9-23-9 - Board; authority relating to employees; payment of expenses

The board may employ, fix the compensation of, and prescribe the duties of engineers, architects, inspectors, superintendents, managers, collectors, attorneys, and any other employees it considers necessary. The expenses incurred under this section shall be paid solely from money provided under this chapter.
