ADVISORY-AREA. Each plan commission may expend, in accord with applicable municipal or county fiscal procedures, all amounts appropriated to it for the purposes and activities authorized by this chapter. In the case of a metropolitan plan commission, at the end of each fiscal year, any unexpended part of the metropolitan planning fund appropriated by the county reverts to the county general fund, and any unexpended part appropriated by the second class city reverts to the city general fund.
