Section 36-7-4-1340 - Ordinance; effective date; duration; replacement(a) An impact fee ordinance may take effect not earlier than six (6) months after the date on which the impact fee ordinance is adopted by a legislative body.(b) An impact fee may not be collected under an impact fee ordinance more than five (5) years after the effective date of the ordinance.
