Section 36-7-39-6 - Expiration of term(a) Upon the expiration of the term of an appointed member of the commission, the member's successor shall be appointed for a four (4) year term.(b) A member may be reappointed.Added by P.L. 58-2021,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2021.
