Section 36-7-30.5-8 - Task force action to establish development authority(a) If the task force, by the affirmative votes of a majority of the voting members of the task force, votes to require that a development authority should be established under this chapter, the development authority shall be established.(b) A unit may not create a reuse authority under IC 36-7-30 for all or part of a military base that is: (1) governed by this chapter; and(2) located within the boundaries of the unit.Amended by P.L. 228-2019,SEC. 7, eff. 7/1/2019.As added by P.L. 203-2005, SEC.11.
