Section 36-7-30-28 - Violations A person who knowingly:
(1) applies any money raised under this chapter to any purpose other than those permitted by this chapter; or(2) fails to follow the voucher and warrant procedure prescribed by this chapter in expending any money raised under this chapter; commits a Level 5 felony.
