Section 36-7-26-21 - Delivery of copy of resolution to department; list of street names and numbers

After the approval of the creation of the district under section 20 of this chapter, the commission shall transmit to the board for delivery to the department the following:

(1) A certified copy of the resolution designating the district, as confirmed by the commission.
(2) A complete list of street names and the range of street numbers of each street situated within the district.
