Section 36-7-26-1 - Application of chapter This chapter applies to the following:
(1) A city having a population of more than seventy-five thousand (75,000) and less than seventy-nine thousand (79,000).(2) A city having a population of more than one hundred thousand (100,000) and less than one hundred ten thousand (110,000).(3) A city having a population of more than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) and less than six hundred thousand (600,000).(4) A city having a population of more than one hundred ten thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000).Amended by P.L. 104-2022,SEC. 189, eff. 4/1/2022.Amended by P.L. 119-2012, SEC. 208, eff. 4/1/2012.As added by P.L. 35-1990, SEC.63.
