Section 36-7-18-38 - Approval of projects by department of health; filing plans for new construction with department of homeland security(a) A housing authority shall file with the Indiana department of health a description of each proposed project, including plans and layout. The Indiana department of health shall, within thirty (30) days, transmit its approval or disapproval to the authority.(b) A housing authority shall file all plans for new construction with the department of homeland security in the manner prescribed by IC 22-15-3.Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-11-24 part.
