Section 36-7-14.5-22 - Issuance of bonds; option to purchase leased property; legislative body approval

If the commission exercises its option to purchase leased property, it may, subject to the prior approval of the legislative body of the unit under IC 36-7-14-25.1, issue its bonds as authorized by statute.
