Section 36-7-11.5-13 - Low interest loans(a) An individual may apply for a grant or low interest loan on a form prescribed by the development commission.(b) A form prescribed by the development commission must be designed to be read and easily understood by the ordinary individual.As added by P.L. 234-2007, SEC.289.
