Section 36-7-11.3-43 - Fees(a) The commission shall, by rule adopted under section 21 of this chapter, set fees to be paid by a person filing a petition with the commission. If the commission has not set a fee by rule for a type of petition, the fee is twenty-five dollars ($25).(b) A person filing a petition with the commission shall pay the fee required for the filing to the clerk or clerk-treasurer. The clerk or clerk-treasurer shall pay the fee to the treasurer of the commission.(c) The clerk or clerk-treasurer has no duty regarding the fees collected under this section except those imposed under subsection (b). Fees collected under this section:(1) do not belong to the city or town; and(2) are not subject to any of the following:Pre-1995 Title 14 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.2-12.1.
