Section 36-7-11.2-28 - Filing and records

Notices, petitions, requests, or other written materials to be filed with the commission shall be filed with the department of metropolitan development and directed to the attention of the commission. The department of metropolitan development shall:

(1) maintain; and

(2) make available for public inspection;

all records of the commission at the offices of the department of metropolitan development.
