Section 36-6-8-2.1 - Executive; annual compensation; clerical employees; annual appropriation

A township executive is entitled to the annual compensation and annual appropriation for clerical employees (other than those authorized under IC 12-20-4-2 through IC 12-20-4-11 and IC 12-20-4-14) fixed under IC 36-6-6-10.
