After December 31, 2016, three (3) members of the legislative body in a county having a consolidated city constitute a quorum.(c) This subsection applies to a township government that:(1) is created by a merger of township governments under IC 36-6-1.5; and(2) elects the township legislative body under section 2.1 of this chapter.
