Section 36-4-3-4.3 - Property owned by county redevelopment commission(a) This section applies only to real property that is owned by a county redevelopment commission established under IC 36-7.(b) A municipality may not annex real property owned by a county redevelopment commission without obtaining the consent of the county executive.Added by P.L. 228-2015, SEC. 8, eff. 7/1/2015.
