Section 36-4-3-15.7 - Appeal of annexation pending on January 1, 2014

A municipality located in the same county as the territory to be annexed may appeal an annexation under section 15.5(a)(2) or 15.5(b)(2) of this chapter if:

(1) the annexation was pending on January 1, 2014; and

(2) the municipality files the appeal not later than sixty (60) days after publication of the annexation ordinance.
