Section 36-4-3-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows:
(1) The addition of sections 8.5 and 8.6 (before its repeal) of this chapter by P.L. 379-1987 (ss) applies to taxable years that begin after January 1, 1987.(2) The amendments made to section 4 of this chapter by P.L. 379-1987 (ss) apply to taxable years that begin after January 1, 1987.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 649, eff. 7/1/2011.
