Section 36-1.5-4-8 - Authority of department of local government finance to prescribe forms

The department of local government finance may prescribe forms for petitions, resolutions, certifications, and other writings required under this chapter. A petition, resolution, certification, or other writing related to a reorganization must be substantially in the form prescribed by the department of local government finance.
