Section 36-12-10-14 - Tax exemptions

All property owned by a lessor corporation contracting with a municipal corporation or corporations under this chapter and all stock and other securities, including the interest or dividends issued by a lessor corporation, are exempt from all state, county, and other taxes, excluding the financial institutions tax and the inheritance taxes.
